TEKsystems is Hiring a Customer service advocate Near Canutillo, TX

We are seeking compassionate and tech-savvy healthcare customer service representatives to join our team! This role includes conducting check-in calls via Zoom, responding to tickets from the queue, and cross-training in the Member Success team when needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1 years of healthcare / insurance customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications :

  • 1 years of customer service experience via phone and email (healthcare or insurance experience required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly empathetic with a passion for helping others.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate various systems confidently and effectively.

Work Schedule :

  • The role includes an 8-hour shift, split into two blocks : 4 hours for calls and 4 hours for responding to emails. Fixed start time between 8am - 10am PST (9am - 11am MST)
  • Shift #1 : Sun-Thu
  • Shift #2 : Tue-Sat
